We make visible where things grind
Direction that
delivers.
We bring engineering, contract and client together in one script. So decisions get made and projects move again.

About Infrataal
Engineering says A.
The contract says B.
The client expects C.
Time for Infrataal.
Client not talking to contractor, engineering not to contract. Infrataal brings those worlds together: we listen, translate complexity into clear choices and keep direction on the result.
First understand.
Then move.
Result-driven project direction for complex infrastructure assignments. No advice from the sidelines, but hands-on in the project.
- Everyone speaks their own language
- This is where it grinds
- One script, one result
01
We understand
What is really going on, out in the open.
02
We translate
Complexity back into clear choices.
03
We direct
Choices that lead to results.
Many players.
One direction.
Seven disciplines, one approach. We deploy what your project needs.
We keep an eye on the whole. Everyone knows their role, choices get made and actions are followed through to results.
We guide client and contractor in the building team, so knowledge is shared and agreements are kept.
In a short time we map where the project stands, where it grinds and which choices are needed now.
Interim leadership when the project needs a firm hand: clear, involved and focused on results.
We translate ambitions and budgets into a realistic plan that sets the course for the years ahead.
We leave the team stronger than we found it, with ways of working that stay after we leave.
We make sure decisions are taken at the right level, on time and with the right information.

Bridges & viaducts
Replacement and renovation of structures
A series of ageing viaducts had to be replaced while traffic kept flowing. Five parties at the table, each with its own schedule and its own language. Infrataal brought engineering, contract and surroundings together in one script, with one schedule and one decision log. That quickly showed where things were grinding and who had to decide what – and the building team could move forward again.
“In a short time Infrataal brought back what we had lost: one story, clear choices and a building team that wanted to move forward again.”
